Beth Olesen

Research Assistant

Beth is a Masters Candidate in the Human Development and Psychology program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Previously, she taught social studies, as well as she hopes life skills, at a charter school in Massachusetts. She also helped to coordinate the social studies department and the high school advisory program. She is working with Chaebong Nam on civics research projects, including a literature review of middle and high school action-oriented civic projects. In free time, Beth likes to cajole her dog, Gus, into cuddling, do a pushup or two, and look for the helpers in the world and befriend them.
