Olivia Draper

Research Assistant

Olivia Draper is a student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education who studies Language and Literacy, and is interested in the application of critical pedagogy to empower students to become agents of social change. Prior to HGSE, Olivia studied Applied Linguistics and Asian Languages at UCLA, where she also served as the Program Coordinator of the Model United Nations Summer Institute, as well as the Secretary-General of the university’s Model UN club. At the Democratic Knowledge Project, Olivia primarily focuses on assessment projects in the 8th-grade curriculum. In her free time, she likes to play soccer, take naps, and spite Boston sports fans.
