Natalie Sew

Equity and Engagement Fellow

Natalie studied at the Harvard Graduate School of Education where she completed an Ed.M in Learning Design, Innovation and Technology. At HGSE, Natalie focused her studies on critical participatory research methodologies and how they can be utilized to inform strategic aims and practices. Natalie worked for 6 years in inner-London as teacher and instructional coach, alongside serving her community as a school governor. As a researcher-practitioner, Natalie is experienced in working with communities to develop research that reflects the experiences, values and needs of those it impacts. Natalie holds a BSc in Anthropology from University College London and an MA in Educational Leadership from UCL’s Institute of Education.
